Some people have money. Fortunately, happiness and a good quality of life do not require a lot of money. We find ways to make things work well with a lot less money than most.   We have our own style on the road. Our truck is a 1999 black RAM 3500 Diesel pulling a 26 foot travel trailer. We like to be able to get up and down the mountains safely and without worries. We have done significant modifications.   We will answer any queries from private readers about the equipment we researched and selected. We will be negotiating with our suppliers for permission to publish details here. |

Why we are The Traveling Morgans Larry was forced to retire early due to injuries from an auto accident. This forced a change of lifestyle, and the decision to follow a dream   They are taking things very slow, enjoying each day, and treasuring the opportunity they have.   They want to share this wonderful country with as many people as possible. Perhaps this will help you decide to follow your dream, whatever it is, or to help you learn about parts of the United States that you have not yet had an opportunity to visit. |

Larry and Phyllis were married in 1968 and raised and home schooled two children with Larry working as a computer expert. Larry, Phyllis, Roscoe, and Harpo now travel the USA in a 2001 Jayco Eagle Travel Trailer (26 foot with no slides) towed by a 1999 Dodge Diesel 3500 dually.  They are trying to see and experience the country. Larry and Phyllis are workampers who work as they travel. Their resume can pulled up if you know of an opportunity for them to work their way through a particular area of the country..      |

The Traveling Morgans use dog seats and a harness that can be hooked to a seat belt. Roscoe and Harpo ride in the extra seat in the “extended cab” of our truck. |
